120 b.p.m is a great tempo to practice genric rock feels to because so many tracks are written for
around this tempo including Bon Jovi’s “Its My Life”, Aretha Franklin’s “Respect” and Queen’s “I
want to Break Free.” Although labelled as a rock groove in this series this groove can feature in a
variety of genres and played with a whole range of different intensities.
